At Bruno Capelo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your headwear purchase. If your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the hat in its original protective box to prevent crushing during transit and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the tracking number is scanned for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
